Originally part of my 2021 “Up North” Series, “Betty’s Pies” received a recent glow up and is now included in my 2026 series, “To Minnesota, With Love…” - a visual love letter to the state I proudly call home.

If you head north on Highway 61 just past the town of Two Harbors, you will find the tourist stop known as Betty’s Pies. I’ve passed many times on my trips to the North Shore but have never actually stopped there. Frankly, I’m not really a pie person but I’ve always appreciate the old-timey landmark sign.
