I was channeling King Harvest’s song of the same title when I started this painting. It’s impossible to feel anything but happiness when you hear it, right? “Everybody here is out of sight, they don’t bark and they don’t bite. They keep things loose, they keep things light, everybody was dancing in the moonlight…”

I mean, how could you stay in a glum mood imagining a peaceful world where everyone is having a good time being joyful while dancing with abandon under the stars. We need a lot more of that these days. Until then, I’ll be doing my best to keep feeling warm and bright until the rest of the world catches up.
